Job summary

Doxim is seeking a Print Production Lead to oversee a team of print operators and manage daily production across multiple presses. You will set up digital and offset equipment, monitor quality, and coordinate schedules to meet client deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in print production, with leadership experience and knowledge of color theory and prepress processes. The role offers flexibility with remote, in-office, and hybrid work arrangements and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in printing technology is preferred.
• Complete Machine training - Level 3
• Nice to have: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Print industry certifications (e.g., G7, Lean fundamentals, safety training)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of print operators, assigning tasks, monitoring workloads, and providing guidance as necessary.
• Set up and operate various printing presses and equipment to produce printed materials.
• Monitor the production process to ensure print quality and color accuracy meet standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal printing performance.
• Maintain an organized inventory of printing supplies and inks and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate print schedules and prioritize jobs based on deadlines and resources.
