Responsibilities

• Review incoming files for accuracy, formatting, resolution and print-readiness for digital and large-format printing.
• Identify and fix issues like missing fonts, color profile mismatches, or low-resolution images.
• Clarify file specifications with clients or designers and request revisions as needed.
• Prepare files for production by applying bleed, crop marks and other adjustments.
• Ensure all files meet standards and are ready for a seamless print process.
