• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Use manufacturing and queue management software as required.
• Perform operator-level preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment downtime and assist with repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
• Communicate production, safety, quality, and equipment concerns to the Lead or Manager.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Complete accurate shift-to-shift equipment handoffs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  Working Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 49 pounds independently and 50 pounds or more with assistance.
  • Requires sufficient vision, hearing, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity to operate equipment safely.
  • Equipment may contain magnets that can interfere with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators.
