Job summary

Spectra Packaging Solutions is seeking a Print Operative to join our production team in New Mexico. You will contribute to quality printing processes and ensure production targets are met with safety and efficiency. Working hours are 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm on a 2-week rotation, totaling 40 hours per week. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high standards in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and opportunities for progression are available within the packaging division.

We are currently looking for a motivated, reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Print Operative.

Working hours are 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm on a 2 -week shift rotation working 40 hours (5 shifts) a week.

Responsibilities – Your Duties Will Include

• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Sealing boxes, palletising, wrapping pallets and dispatching to warehouse.
• Ensure all machines are kept productive throughout the shift by ensuring a constant supply of bottles are available.
• Delivering a layer packing service, following specifications and procedures.
• Cleaning screens regularly and topping screens up with ink to ensure high quality printing.
• To carry out all other production activities as efficiently as possible, adhering to the highest quality ISO and health & safety standards.
