The Xerox Catering and Event Coordinator will support Dodge & Cox in San Francisco. The Xerox Catering/Event Coordinator will support catering for Dodge & Cox meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the planning and execution of catered in-house meetings
  • Ordering breakfasts and lunches for in-house meetings
  • Receipt and delivery of food and drinks to conference rooms
  • clean espresso machines on each floor daily
  • Configure furniture for special meetings and assist with AV as needed
  • Coordinate occasional off-site luncheon events
  • Coordinate receipt collection and routing to Accounting Department
  • Efficiently process all invoices
  • Manage and work within budgets
  • Match invoices with purchase orders
  • Keep accurate records and inventories of catering supplies
  • Coordinate catering kitchen operations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all catering vendors
