Job summary

Colony Brands Inc. in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking an Operator I (Machine Operator) to produce high quality print outputs using printers and inserters. You will assist with setup and maintenance and run assigned equipment under supervision.

This temporary/part-time role reports to Shift Supervisors and emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to quality standards. Ideal candidates have 6 months or less of related experience and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 6 months or less of machine operation experience in a similar field.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Possesses initiative and motivation.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate printers, inserters, and finishing equipment to produce high-quality outputs.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and running assigned equipment.
• Follow management directions to prioritize work and meet targets.
• Monitor quality and suggest workflow improvements.
• Adhere to safety and production guidelines.
