Qualifications

2+ years of experience operating finishing equipment in print, signage or related industries.
Ability to read work orders and follow specifications for finishing.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at a waist-high table in a warehouse-type setting.
Basic math and computer proficiency for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
Operate finishing machine devices (cutters, folders, stitchers) to complete final assembly.
Maintain daily production records and quality control as directed by management.
Follow all quality control procedures and prioritize timely delivery of finished products.
Contribute to a high-quality customer service experience and output.
Support team with essential duties to ensure smooth production flow.
