Job summary

Harrison Scott Associates are recruiting an experienced Estimator / Account Manager for a busy print business specialised in large format, POS and signage on the South Coast. The role covers from enquiry to delivery, with emphasis on accurate quoting and strong customer relationships.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, using an MIS quoting system, and collaborate with production to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Estimator / Account Manager role within the print industry.
• Proven ability to quote accurately and manage expectations.
• Strong understanding of print processes and production requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate quotations for large format, POS, signage and small format digital projects
• Using an MIS quoting system to calculate costs and prepare quotations
• Liaising directly with customers to understand requirements and provide suitable print solutions
• Managing projects from enquiry through to production and delivery
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Working closely with production and other internal departments to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Following up quotations and identifying further commercial opportunities
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
