FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking an Output Specialist/Graphic Design candidate to support sign production and in-house vehicle installations. The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, equipment operation, and collaboration with customers, with minimal computer-based design tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience with sign production, plotters, large-format printers, laser and CNC tools, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the sign and graphics industry is a BIG PLUS.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with outputting to the best production method and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed printers, CNC routers, and laser equipment.
• Perform sign making and in-house vehicle installation.
• Weed and tape vinyl and use proper fabrication tools.
• Collaborate with graphics team and interface with customers as needed.
