Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Print Coordinator to join the design team and collaborate with the Design Director and Sales to develop trend-right, customer-focused prints for seasonal collections and custom programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative vision, CAD expertise, and a deep understanding of print development from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the textile or women’s fashion industry.
• Degree in Textile Design or a related design field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and NedGraphics.
• Strong understanding of print repeats and layout construction.
• Excellent color sense and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, recolor existing patterns, develop repeats, and build multiple colorways.
• Develop technical breakdowns of print and pattern layout specifications for external partners.
• Deliver production-ready artwork in both digital and print formats for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the design team to visualize, present, and communicate print concepts through CAD artwork.
• Support the sales team by expediting custom print requests and recolorations as needed.
