Maggy London is seeking a Print Designer to join our collaborative, design-focused team. This role is ideal for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer with strong traditional design skills and a fluency in digital tools—including emerging AI technologies—to support the development of original artwork for our women’s dress collections.

You will play an integral role in translating seasonal concepts into compelling, production-ready prints. You’ll contribute to all phases of the print development process, from concept and research to artwork execution and production handoff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design original prints and patterns using a combination of hand drawing, painting, and digital tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Develop and recolor print repeats, engineered layouts, and placement artwork based on garment patterns and size runs.
  • Collaborate with the Head Designers to execute seasonal direction, track project priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare fully developed and organized print packages for submission to mills and factories.
  • Maintain an orderly print archive, including files, strike-offs, and references.
  • Render and recolor fashion sketches and provide support on embroidery, embellishment, and print layouts.
  • Communicate regularly with production to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout development.
  • Conduct ongoing market and runway research to inspire original artwork and stay aligned with trend direction.
