FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Print Graphic Designer & Production Specialist. This dual-focus role bridges digital creativity with hands-on fabrication to produce signs, vinyl graphics, banners, and print assets for local businesses.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and print-ready file preparation.
• Experience with print production workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Digital Design: create vector layouts and prep print-ready files using Illustrator/Photoshop; verify scale and color accuracy.
• Wide-Format Printing: operate wide-format inkjet printers and related equipment per specs.
• Hands-On Assembly: perform finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, and mounting prints on various substrates.
• Quality Assurance: inspect finished products for precision before client pickup or installation.
• Customer Interaction: assist clients in person or by phone with proofs and file uploads.
