Job summary

Kerusso Activewear, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance associate for the production line in Berryville, AR. You will perform QA on all products, count by size, and verify quantities against orders, ensuring accurate labeling and data entry throughout the shift.

The role requires accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced and hot environment, and strong teamwork with the Press Operator and Unloader to maintain smooth production flow.

• Counting accuracy is essential.
• Basic computer skills (primarily navigation).
• Strong communication skills to interact with the Press Operator and Unloader.
• Ability to work as a team is a must.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance on all products produced on their assigned line.
• Counts each product by size and verifies the amount against the order quantity.
• Applies a price sticker to the garment as needed for programs.
• Enters all relevant data into the computer system (start/stop time, quantity of 1st quality, and write offs).
• Fills out all paperwork associated with each job.
• Performs repairs to products as needed.
• Cleans squeegees and flood bars as time allows throughout the day.
• Routes printed product to the next stage in the process.
