A leading engineering company is seeking a Principal Highway Engineer in Pennsylvania to manage roadway design projects. Summary of What you will be Doing:
• You will be Responsible for managing the roadway/highway analysis and design project for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, County, and Local clients.
• Handling client communication; managing subconsultants; mentoring roadway/highway staff; monitoring labor budgets and schedules for assigned projects
• Leading/supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• BS degree in engineering
• 12 plus years of experience with Highway/Roadway Design
• Prior Experience winning work from PennDot
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• Experience in managing a highway design team of direct reports.
• Hands-on business development, client relationship management, proposal writing, and oral presentations.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineers License.
