Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join a small Facilities Support Team responsible for planning, execution, and documentation of preventative maintenance tasks, systems repairs, and other facilities sustainment works.

The successful candidate will possess broad maintenance skills, understand safety practices, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all building systems remain in optimal condition through proactive oversight and timely response.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of general maintenance skills which include a thorough understanding of safety practices and facilities systems. Candidates must be able to solve problems and speak across different stakeholders to include vendor partners. Overall, this role is responsible for ensuring all facilities systems are maintained in optimal working condition through effective oversight, preventative maintenance, and timely response to building needs.
