Job summary

• Model and promote shared decision-making, high expectations and positive culture.
• Establish school safety measures and crisis plans to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Ensure finances, reporting, and accountability follow district policies and regulations.
• Plan and manage a fiscally responsible budget to support the school’s mission.
• Supervise and evaluate instructional staff and support personnel.
• Foster professional development and use achievement data to improve student progress.
• Communicate effectively with students, families and stakeholders.
