Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for Strata Cloud Manager. Job Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, powerful, cohesive, and simple product experiences for Strata Cloud Manager. You will lead end‑to‑end product design for complex cybersecurity workflow platform integrations, drive UX strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, and PM leadership, and ensure design decisions align with business goals, customer needs, and platform standards. You will translate deep user insights into interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs, champion consistency across the NetSec product ecosystem by advancing our design system, mentor other designers, facilitate cross‑functional workshops, drive measurable outcomes through usability testing and research, and advocate for the customer in all design decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user‑centered design methodologies and a deep empathy for users.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense for beautiful designs and meticulous attention to detail.
• Curiosity about business aspects of products and the ability to distill complex needs into elegant designs.
• Time‑management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience translating north‑star design concepts into iterative sprints.
• Growth mindset and willingness to fail fast, learn, and seek feedback.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools, such as Figma, and knowledge of modern front‑end web technologies.
• Design portfolio showcasing excellent work.
• College degree in design, human‑computer interaction, or related fields.
• 4+ years of professional design experience.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary for non‑sales roles is expected to be within the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$137,500.00 – $222,375.00 per year
