Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Researcher to build the cross-org Voice of the Customer function for senior leaders. You will design listening architecture and translate insights into organizational strategy, ensuring transformations are evidence-based.

You will lead research that shapes end-to-end user experiences, advocate for inclusive products, and communicate findings to executives to drive impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of conducting UX research with products and executives.
• Deep proficiency in multiple research methods across product development.
• Master's or PhD in Data Science, HCI, or related field.
• Experience communicating findings to senior partners to drive impact.

Responsibilities
