Join our collaborative team dedicated to helping Amazon achieve new possibilities by leveraging AWS. We're seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, as an individual contributor on the AWSI PLUS team. You will own the lifecycle of complex, cross-organizational technical programs across AWS's most critical internal customer. You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams spanning capacity planning, region migrations, infrastructure scaling, and AI/ML adoption, stitching together a coherent narrative for executive leadership while proactively identifying and mitigating risk. This is not a role for someone who waits for problems to surface. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical understanding, methodical program execution, and executive influence, driving clarity where ambiguity exists, building mechanisms that scale, and establishing trust with VPs and SVPs across AWS and SDO.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
