Nscale is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead AI infrastructure operations across multiple sites, including data centers and GPU fleets. You will own cross-functional programs, partner with SRE, and drive reliability metrics with a focus on uptime, availability, and MTTR.

The role requires strong program management, Linux/networking expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exposure to AI/HPC infra and GPU/InfiniBand is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Program Management role driving large-scale infrastructure or software programs.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, distributed systems, Linux, and networking concepts.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP certification preferred; strong organization and communication.
• Metrics-driven with experience defining and improving uptime, availability, MTTR, and SLOs/SLIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of strategic operational programs for AI infra.
• Lead large-scale data center build-outs and fleet software/firmware rollouts.
• Implement new operational tooling in partnership with SRE.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for real-time health, status, and risk.
• Standardize incident/change/postmortem processes to reduce toil and improve MTTR.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between Hardware, Compute, Network, Data Center Ops, and vendors.
