Responsibilities

• Define and implement the role testing plays within the program.
• Deploy and manage testing processes and framework to meet testing mandate.
• Define the scope of testing per project/release/delivery.
• Develop Test Management plans, schedules and resource needs.
• Develop and manage test scenarios and test cases.
• Set up/implement automated testing and execute testing as needed.
• Manage defect identification, tracking and resolution.
• Implement measurements and metrics; manage testing assets (team, tools, processes).
• Coordinate test stakeholders across business, IT, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Life Cycle and project management standards.
• Develop documentation to support ELC requirements and project needs.
• Provide management and executive reporting.
