Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, develop and implement test methods and equipment for high-volume production. You will plan labor, schedule testing, and provide test parameters for samples.

You will compile data, define changes to testing procedures, and be responsible for customer sample testing and special tests. Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, and MATLAB is essential, as is 7+ years in manufacturing test systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required.
• 7+ years of experience developing and implementing manufacturing test systems.
• Experience designing testing methods and equipment for high-volume manufacturing.

Duties:

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
