Emerson is seeking a driven professional to join the New Region & Multicloud delivery TPM team within Data Center Delivery. You will own end-to-end execution of data center infrastructure projects, anticipate risks, and drive on-time delivery through close collaboration with design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery.

The role emphasizes accountability and autonomy, with extensive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes across our data center roadmap.

Formación

• 8+ years combined experience in project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function.
• Experience balancing quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
• Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.

In this role, you will be part of the New Region & Multicloud delivery TPM team within the Data Center Delivery organization and own the end-to-end execution of various data center infrastructure projects. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to data center delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines. This is a high-impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful delivery of critical data center infrastructure builds in our roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across various stakeholders including design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• PMP / Scrum Master certification.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
• Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
• Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
• Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
