Job summary

Auria Space is seeking a Principal Technical Lead for the HADES Program at Kirtland AFB, NM. This role requires full-time presence and entails significant responsibilities in technical planning and execution for experimental mission capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage technical risk, lead engineering teams, and serve as the primary technical advisor. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in systems engineering are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading systems engineering for complex DoD programs.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Expertise in developing and managing technical baselines and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical planning, execution, and oversight of maintenance and development.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for software and mission operations.
• Advise program leadership on engineering and emerging mission requirements.
