Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the development of technology architecture solutions. This role requires extensive experience in technology disciplines and the ability to influence senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and over 12 years of industry experience.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development and communication of target-state architectures, roadmaps, and solutions for technologies at the product portfolio level. With experience, the individual may support multiple technologies across various product portfolios and complex architecture domains (e.g., business, application, data, infrastructure). This includes designing high-quality architecture solutions and providing expertise on establishing architecture standards aligned with current and future business needs. The role involves developing and maintaining architecture for assigned areas and promoting the adoption of new technologies. Success requires deep solution architecture expertise, awareness of technical trends and innovation, strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership. The individual works independently and mentors junior architects.
Estimated salary range for this position is $149,730.30 - $194,649.39 per year, depending on experience.
