Responsibilities

• Execute complex, multi-phase data migration projects ensuring successful customer deployment and adoption of solutions
• Serve as an expert on the platform, providing detailed knowledge across its Collaborate, Secure & Govern, and AI pillars
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for monitoring and troubleshooting migration jobs and permissions
• Engage with customers and internal teams to provide updates and escalate issues as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Qualifications (What is Required)

• Strong technical skills in at least four areas, including software installation, virtualization, and scripting
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant technical experience in a SaaS environment
• Prior experience supporting enterprise software or applications
• Excellent customer engagement and strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring other consultants
• Extensive public cloud experience, particularly in data and permissions migration
• Proficiency in executing and monitoring scripts (Python, SQL, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO
