Job summary

STR’s Analytics and C2 Division seeks a Principal Technical Staff to lead advanced algorithm and software solutions for the Intelligence Community and DoD. You will drive modeling, development, and program execution across multiple technically diverse teams, interfacing with government customers and partners.

Requires Top Secret with SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and a strong track record in managing large, multi-disciplinary projects from ideation to product delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required; U.S. citizenship needed.
• MS with at least 15 years of experience, and/or PhD with at least 8 years in a scientific field.
• Experience managing large technical projects and defining WBS.
• Experience across ideation, research, and product development; DoD/IC familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development of technology products and manage a portfolio of R&D programs.
• Handle all program phases from marketing/capture to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Government customers, support organizations, and transition partners.
• Mentor team members and communicate progress with stakeholders.
