Job summary

Pariveda is seeking a Principal for our Philadelphia office to cultivate executive relationships, oversee delivery, and help drive growth. You will lead project teams, shape engagements from vision through delivery, and advance cloud, AI, data analytics, and transformation initiatives.

In this leadership role, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to business development, expand accounts, and help scale Pariveda’s presence in the Philadelphia market while working in a hybrid model that balances

Qualifications

8+ years in technical/management consulting on enterprise solutions.
Strong cloud and AI architecture experience.
Experience leading client engagements and teams.
Proven business development and account growth experience.
Philadelphia market network and leadership in the region.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and understand business challenges to craft value-driven solutions.
Oversee project delivery from vision through design to delivery and quality outcomes.
Manage account planning and identify new opportunities within existing/prospective clients.
Contribute to business development materials and proposals with compelling value propositions.
Recruit, coach, and mentor junior colleagues and drive career progression.
