Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer / Project Manager to bridge technical execution and mission needs on the TKO program supporting the Data Transformation Solutions initiative.

This role requires active TS/SCI polygraph clearance and works within an Agile environment to elicit requirements, structure deliverables, and build roadmaps for end-to-end data flows.

We are seeking a communicative, mission-driven Systems Engineer / Project Manager to join the TKO program in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) initiative. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and tactical mission needs—eliciting complex requirements, structuring deliverables, and building roadmaps for end-to‑‑end data flows and standard data model transformations. You will serve as a key relationship builder with external partners and military cryptologic teams, ensuring tactical data architecture seamlessly supports analysts and operators in an Agile development environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $165,000-$196,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
