We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Software Engineer to join Team TKO in delivering a customer-facing product to a widespread user base in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you won't just write code behind closed doors; you will be the face of the technical effort. You will directly interact with customers, lead live product demonstrations, and participate in daily Scrum meetings to transparently communicate project progress. You will utilize Jira to manage ticket workflows, ensure continuous delivery, and actively contribute to modernizing mission-critical capabilities, including Report Authoring & Dissemination (RAD) and integration with PULSE / ABACUS systems. The annual base salary range for this role is $189,000-$224,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
