Job summary

UNAVAILABLE seeks a senior Mulesoft Integration Architect to lead API and integration projects using the MuleSoft platform. You will translate requirements, design reusable assets, and deliver scalable solutions for complex data integrations, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring security and reliability across services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, create documentation, and drive continuous improvement through architecture best practices and performance

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
• BS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 2 years related IT experience
• 8 Years of Experience with the MuleSoft platform to include: AnyPoint Studio, CloudHub 2.0, v4.6+
• 8 Years of Experience with one or more clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• 8 Years of Experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• 8 Years of Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
• 8 Years of Experience with Salesforce Integrations
• 8 Years of Experience with Cloud and Hybrid Integrations
• Experience with enterprise integrations solutions
• Experience leading integrations delivery using industry best practices
• MS Degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
• Certifications: MuleSoft Integration Architect/Platform Architect, AWS/Azure certifications
• 5 Years of application development experience in an Agile environment
• Experience implementing Docker containers and Kubernetes
• Experience designing, implementing, and documenting APIs
• Experience CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Pipelines, CircleCI, TravisCI
• Experience implementing Automated Testing frameworks for APIs and integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into integration interfaces and implementations with stakeholders
• Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes for API/integration projects
• Develop APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft platform across programming tasks
• Advise on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring of integration solutions on Anypoint Platform
• Document as-is state, perform gap analyses, articulate options and recommendations
• Create technical docs for upcoming or existing integrations for non-technical audiences
• Engineer and implement solutions and provide continuous improvement recommendations
• Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop fixes
• Understand stakeholder needs and convey to developers
• Test and review code, analyze results
• Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
• Act as individual contributor and mentor junior team members
• Present status updates and provide cross-training to team

Overview

As aMulesoft Integration Architect, you will work with our growingDevSecOpspracticedeveloping APIs and integration capabilitiesusing theMulesoftplatform to connect data, services, and systems to help our customers achieve their mission. We are looking forcandidates withexperiencebuilding APIs and microserviceswith cloud platform services,understandingbusinessrequirementsand implementingcomplex integrationsfor data and services.You will act as both technical visionary andbe responsible forhands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations

• Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects

• Develop APIs and integrations using the Mulesoft platform across a broad range of software programming tasks to ensure that their systems integrations are functional

• Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions on Anypoint Platform

• Document as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations

• Create and provide technical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals

• Engineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the services provided

• Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop software updates and ‘fixes’

• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
• Test and examining code written by others and analyzing results
• Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Act as an individual contributor and mentor more junior team members
• Present regular status updates and provide cross training to other team members
