About the Role

Our Mission Systems Airborne and Ground Communication Products Department seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to design and develop secure military communication products. The role involves interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams to create system solutions that meet domestic and international customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct analysis, architecture, and design at all system levels from concept to disposal.
  2. Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional analyses, trade studies, and interface definitions.
  3. Decompose customer specifications into subsystem requirements and develop verification plans.
  4. Oversee technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and supportability analyses.
  5. Lead bid and proposal efforts.
  6. Provide engineer on-call support for Tactical Communications products.
