We are seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead within the Space Sector, responsible for managing a multidisciplinary engineering team across spacecraft subsystems. The role involves decision-making authority impacting project management, design, development, and operations, working closely with program leadership. Location options include Gilbert, AZ, or Dulles, VA.
Candidates may be considered at Principal or Sr. Principal level, with requirements including U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain a USG clearance, and relevant educational and experience credentials.
Salary range: $110,300 - $165,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
