Position Details

We are seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead within the Space Sector, responsible for managing a multidisciplinary engineering team across spacecraft subsystems. The role involves decision-making authority impacting project management, design, development, and operations, working closely with program leadership. Location options include Gilbert, AZ, or Dulles, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver all product team outputs on schedule, within budget, and meeting contractual and stakeholder expectations, including Earned Value performance reporting.
  2. Ensure technical quality, performance, cost, and schedule compliance across the program in line with engineering standards and industry best practices.
  3. Manage changes rigorously according to the Statement of Work and coordinate with leadership.
  4. Identify and communicate resource needs early to facilitate staffing and onboarding.
  5. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations, and Integration & Test teams to support build and integration activities.
  6. Conduct risk and opportunity management, including mitigation and realization strategies.
Qualifications

Candidates may be considered at Principal or Sr. Principal level, with requirements including U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain a USG clearance, and relevant educational and experience credentials.

  • For Principal Level: Bachelor's in STEM + 5 years (or higher degrees with fewer years of experience), experience in spacecraft lifecycle, risk management, and project management roles.
  • For Sr. Principal Level: Bachelor's in STEM + 8 years (or higher degrees with fewer years), similar experience requirements.
Preferred Skills
  • Project management experience including earned value management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with spacecraft development lifecycle.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $110,300 - $165,500, with potential eligibility for bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
