Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer (Level 2 or 3) in Roy, UT for the Sentinel Program. You will embed in GN&C teams to support the Guidance, Navigation, and Control subsystem and ensure sound engineering practices across requirements, interfaces, architecture, and software integration.

You will develop artifacts for reviews, coordinate documentation baselines in Cameo/DOORs, and collaborate with customers and subs contractors to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; experience varies by level (2 years with bachelor’s or 0 with master’s for level 2).
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain Special Program Access.
• Two years of experience with DOORS or equivalent; MBSE practices; Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW; interface and architecture development; verification methods and RVAM; navigation measurement systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineering support for the Guidance, Navigation, and Control Subsystem.
• Build system engineering artifacts for Design Reviews and System Qualification/Verification.
• Set baseline system documentation in Cameo and DOORs; push artifacts through approvals.
• Coordinate with higher-level engineers and design teams to produce documentation.
• Engage with customers and subcontractors to align requirements to contracts.
