Northrop Grumman is hiring a Principal Requirements and Verification Systems Engineer located in California. This full-time position involves defining system requirements and conducting testing. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance and have relevant experience in STEM fields.

Principal Requirements and Verification Systems Engineer in Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The position is located in one of the following locations: San Diego, CA; El Segundo, CA; or Palmdale, CA. Relocation assistance may be available. A Top Secret clearance is required for start, with clearance type Top Secret, and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. Travel of up to 25% of the time may be required. Work is full‑time and on‑site; no remote or hybrid arrangement is available.
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00. The above range is a general guideline; base salary offers consider position scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Vice‑President or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives.
