The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support the Sensors Warfighter Support Team onsite at Schriever AFB in Colorado Springs, CO. You will also be part of the broader Systems Engineering Directorate, which develops and maintains high‑fidelity performance simulations, performs system performance analysis (including pre‑flight prediction and post‑flight matching), supports new business initiatives, and contributes to technology roadmaps. Remote and hybrid work is not an option for this role. In this role, you will join a small, highly collaborative team operating in a dynamic environment and performing a wide variety of technical and operational support tasks. You will work directly with multiple warfighter communities, providing critical expertise related to Missile Defense System (MDS) sensors. The team’s work spans warfighter education, wargames and exercises, radar analysis, capability deployment, operational support, threat modeling, and more. Domestic and international travel is an essential component of supporting warfighters and associated organizations.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
