Raytheon's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join our Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Directorate. The team is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer who will support one of a variety of radar programs including AN/TPY-2, EWR, and OTHR. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving execution and efficient engineering practices across development, production, and sustainment programs. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the integration, test, and sustainment of a world‑class air defense system. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to reprioritize your focus, collaborate across disciplines, and find the path forward to meeting our customers' needs. Even an experienced engineering lead from a smaller team would find multiple areas for career growth in this role and discover something new every day.
This position can be based out of Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL.
