Job summary

Avenue Technologies is seeking a Principal System Safety Engineer to support technical, engineering, and program teams in a hands-on environment.

You will develop and apply system safety programs aligned with MIL-STD-882, perform hazard analyses, coordinate across teams to define effective controls, and support safety reviews throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills to ensure safety from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field is preferred or required.
• Relevant experience in the applicable technical discipline.
