Principal Support Consultant, WMi

Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects including developing and delivering detailed solutions, managing client relationships from both technical and interpersonal perspectives, and ensuring the development and delivery of supply chain solutions through software upgrades or additional rollouts.
  2. Lead problem identification, software specification, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
  3. Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule, maintain quality in connection with MA products, and ensure timely services.
  4. Serve as an escalation point for customer issues.
  5. Identify additional product/service sales opportunities.
  6. Prioritize issues and projects for the customer service project team.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting, developing, or implementing packaged application software.
  • At least 3 years of experience with database troubleshooting or development in SQL or related relational databases.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Systemi, Unix, Linux, or Windows operating systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in any supply chain domain.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
