Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks a Principal Supply Chain Business Analyst in Columbus, OH to provide advanced analytics, data modeling, and BI support across Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, and Operations.

The role analyzes complex data with SQL, builds data models and Power BI dashboards, and uses Python and AI tools for automation and insights. You will partner with stakeholders, lead strategic projects, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, fleet, or operations management.
• U.S. citizens or permanent residents required to be considered.

Job description

We are seeking a Principal Supply Chain Business Analyst to provide advanced business analysis, supply chain analytics, data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence support across Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes complex Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, and Operations data using SQL to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and optimizes data models, data warehouse tables, reports, and Power BI dashboards using data from multiple sources.
• Applies Python and AI tools for data transformation, process automation, advanced analytics, and reporting.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, actionable insights, and executive-level reporting.
• Leads strategic projects and serve as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations, presentations, guidance, and mentorship to support business and operational decisions.

NOTE:

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Job Type:

4-month contract with potential opportunity for conversion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Materials Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, Operations Management, Materials Management, Information Technology, or a related business area.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted: (Associate’s degree + 12+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED + 14+ years of relevant experience)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong data analysis, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to understand business operations and industry trends.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices.
