Bloom Energy is seeking a Principal Supplier Quality Engineer to establish and deliver quality standards for fuel cell components. You will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and engineering, driving supplier development and process improvements across the supply base.

The role requires strong leadership, DFMEA/PFMEA capabilities, and experience with statistical tools, DOE/ANOVA, and Six Sigma methodologies. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Formación

• Advanced degree in engineering/physics with demonstrated credibility with engineering teams.
• Minimum 10+ years in quality management and auditing experience.
• Proven ability to deliver First-Time Right-on Time and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own supplier capability assessments and drive improvement with suppliers.
• Assess manufacturability of new designs and support design-for-manufacturing efforts.
• Lead root-cause investigations using 8D and conduct DFMEA/PFMEA analyses.
