Responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership within the department and guidance to employees.
- Leads enterprise-wide initiatives and manages multiple large, complex projects.
- Provides senior technical support to field crews for complex maintenance and emergencies.
- Supports compliance, audits, and data requests as SME; may testify as SME in proceedings.
- Leads and/or develops technical training and documentation governance.
- Reviews investigations of equipment failures and physical health of assets.
