Job summary

TechTree is seeking a principal/staff level engineer to architect and scale AI agents for healthcare applications. You’ll own system architecture, reliability, and low-latency delivery across distributed systems handling AI-driven patient communication and triage.

You will lead a small team, solve high-impact problems, and guide others through code reviews, while working in a fast-moving environment that values ownership and collaboration.

You'll work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems - AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice and video.This is a hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on building and scaling distributed systems and solving complex, high-impact problems. At the principal/staff level, you'll own system architecture and reliability at scale while supporting and guiding other engineers.
