Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Systems Engineer 3/4 to join our team as a Performance Analyst developer in Huntsville, AL. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s IBCS Engineering Department. The position involves retrieval, post-processing, and analysis of complex air and missile defense data sets. The candidate should be able to develop new algorithms to automate analysis and optimize existing scripts. Mentoring teammates on advanced data processing techniques and experience with parallel processing are highly desirable. The candidate should also be able to create reports or briefing materials that clearly explain technical data and be comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Salary Range: $105,400.00 - $158,000.00
Salary Range 2: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00
The above salary ranges are guidelines; actual offers depend on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
