As a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer, you will be developing systems using current technologies and others yet to come. We are seeking team members who have a thirst for knowledge, approach each day with optimism, and have a relentless drive to solve complex problems. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs facility.

What you’ll get to do:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Development of SW requirement verification test plan/approach. Development of SW requirement verification procedures (at all specification levels). Support to M&S scenario generation. Deployment of SW CRs on the SIL systems. Conduct formal RFR of test procedures during PMP FAT and/or SAT. Development of PMP FAT and RP SAT Test Report content
