Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior/Principal Cyber Systems Engineer to support mission systems as a cybersecurity engineering lead. You will develop artifacts for assessment and authorization and provide technical decisions to enable timely, high‑quality deliveries that meet cyber requirements.

You will ensure weapon system cyber compliance with CNSSI 1253, DoD 8570/8510 and AFI 17‑101, design cyber architecture changes, and guide multiple technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity for mission systems and DoD programs.
• Ability to define security requirements and translate to design.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment and testing methods.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
