What You Will Do

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, including tracking and reporting on material status and metrics.
• Act as a coordinator between Material Program Management (MPM) teams and multiple factories to ensure alignment on program needs.
• Serve as a supplier-facing representative for a specific material portfolio, managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Provide executive-level briefings and updates on supply chain data to support Tomahawk production contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, program operations, and production control, to address program requirements.
• Develop and implement material strategies to support multi-year production plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving improvements in supplier performance.
• Represent the program during supplier engagements, including reviews, technical meetings, and readiness assessments.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Previous experience in supply chain management
• Experience in people leadership, including managing cross-functional teams.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Experience in executive communications, including preparing and delivering high-level briefings.
