This is a multi-faceted Principal Specialist, Security position working in support of Special Programs. This position will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Not only are technical and managerial skills required, but also a diligent, confident and results oriented work ethic.This position will routinely interface with all levels of management and government customers and therefore must have excellent interpersonal communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image with refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts. The ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision is vital. You must have refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts with the ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives as well as have the ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problems. You must also be willing to travel on company business. and be willing to work extended hours and non-standard hours to meet deadlines and to support special circumstances.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
