Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Principal Specialist, Packaging Training for a contract position in Athens, GA. You will lead the PKG documentation team, manage batch documentation reviews, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs, while developing a compliant training program for packaging processes.

The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation and training meet regulatory requirements and mentor PKG staff through daily operations and performance discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, USDA, EU, EMA).
• Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packaging (PKG) documentation team to support the production line through batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
• Develop, review, and maintain an up-to-date training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements.
• Maintain supplemental training records and ensure all personnel are current on compliance requirements.
• Implement effective CAPAs to mitigate potential issues in deviations and audits.
• Oversee the review and approval of manufacturing records, deviations, and product holds for product release.
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for routine production issues.
• Lead PKG document specialists through daily operations, including performance evaluations and development discussions.

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Principal Specialist, Packaging Training for a contract position with a Global Pharmaceutical Company located in Athens, GA. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

This role will lead the Packaging (PKG) documentation team to support the production line through batch documentation review, compliance activities, and training program development. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation and training programs meet procedural and regulatory requirements while implementing effective CAPAs to mitigate potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packaging (PKG) documentation team to support the production line through batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
• Develop, review, and maintain an up-to-date training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements

Pay range: up to $32.85per hour
