Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Patriot finance analyst to support the Spain 4-Lot contract within the LADS SBU. The role focuses on EAC, EV and budget change control, with responsibility for monthly variance analysis and program financial reporting.

You will interact with cross-functional teams and leadership, providing meaningful insights and ensuring changes are captured in control systems. Hybrid work is available near Tewksbury, MA, and other U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Finance and/or Earned Value (EV).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and/or Word).
• Experience with SAP accounting system and related reports.

As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position along with support to the FP&A team.

What You Will Do

• Lead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes, as well as Budget Sign Up during program startup and Baseline activities as new scope is awarded
• Mentor and develop other analysts within the team
• Support approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
• Preparation and presentation of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc.
• Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billing
• Support program offset projects
• Support ad-hoc tasks & analysis as required
• Provide meaningful business insight/analysis and will communicate effectively with all partners

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & a minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
• Experience with Program Finance and/or Earned Value (EV)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and/or Word)
• Experience with SAP accounting system, Standard Business Warehouse reports, Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite and/or similar reports

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. RTX is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
